Shipping Policy

Orders are picked up from our depot by 4pm weekdays. For next day delivery orders must be placed by 11am.

Orders can only be fulfilled on availability of product. Unfortunately, our business is weather and season dependant. We will make contact with you if wait time exceeds two weeks.

G & M Seafoods use Post Haste Couriers for overnight deliveries. Once dispatched you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. G & M Seafoods will ensure that your order is well packaged to maintain product temperature. Should your order not be delivered on time please contact your local depot. We do not take responsibility for missing or spoiled items.

Packaging Policy

We use polystyrene boxes with a bin liner and packed in ice to ensure product is delivered chilled. We do not require the polystyrene bin to be returned, however there are polystyrene waste collection points throughout New Zealand, please see www.expol.co.nz/polystyrene-waste-collection-points
